# Сообщения

В этом разделе вы видите все сообщения с любых мессенджеров и ваших чат-ботов. 

Также вы можете отвечать на сообщения клиентов. Для этого нужно написать сообщение в поле "отправить сообщение"  и нажать стрелочку. Сообщение уйдет в диалог клиента и чат-бота в любом мессенджере.

#### Примечание: Когда через бота начинает писать менеджер (человек), то бот приостанавливается на 5 минут. По истечении пяти минут, бот снова начинает реагировать на команды пользователя.
